    Booking Policy for Redhawk Handyman Services

    NOTE: Appointment Bookings are currently only available for Residential Furniture Assembly or Fitness Equipment Assembly). All other requests should contact us for a free estimate.

    Appointment Scheduling

    • Appointments can be scheduled up to 31 days in advance
    • Minimum 24-hour notice required for all bookings
    • At least 1 adult tenant or person of the age of 18 or older must be present onsite for the scheduled appointment (for property access and instructions)
    • Emergency same-day appointments may be available (subject to $35 rush fee) but not through the booking feature
    • Service area limited to Oklahoma City and surrounding areas within 35 miles (including Norman, OK, Moore, OK, Edmond, OK and more)

    Appointment Duration

    • Standard furniture assembly (indoor or outdoor) and/or fitness equipment assembly appointments are scheduled in 2-hour blocks by default, however this can fluctuate based on the quantity of items being assembled and/or complexity, possible delays, and/or other onsite changes.
    • Complex multi-station equipment usually will require longer appointments
    • More detailed duration estimates can be confirmed after equipment details are provided (prior to appointment)

    Preparation Requirements

    • All furntiure/equipment must be on-site and in original packaging with instruction manual
    • Clear access path to assembly location required
    • Assembly area must have adequate space (minimum 1ft clearance around final equipment dimensions)
    • Customer responsible for ensuring all parts, hardware, and instructions are present before appointment

    Cancellations & Rescheduling

    • Free cancellation or rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice
    • Rescheduling allowed twice per booking at no additional cost
    • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the $50 deposit
    • No-shows will forfeit the entire $50 deposit

    Payment Information

    • Flat deposit of $50 is required at time of booking for an appointment
    • Balance due upon completion of assembly services
    • Accepted payment methods: Credit/debit cards, cash, Cashapp, Venmo, Stripe, Square, Paypal, Goldbacks.
    • Invoices and receipts available upon request

    $50 Booking Deposit

    • Apply to each furniture and fitness equipment assembly booking appointment
    • It will be credited toward the final service cost (example: Treadmill assembly of $120 - $50 prepaid deposit = $70 final due upon completion)
    • Serve as a minimum cancellation fee (retained if cancelled within 24 hours or No Shows)
    • The booking fee is non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment

    Additional Notes

    • Prices quoted are for assembly services only and do not include equipment moving/relocation via a motor vehicle, or beyond 20 feet of setup location.
    • Additional fees may apply if parts are missing or if assembly area is not prepared
    • We reserve the right to refuse service if safety concerns are identified
