Redhawk Shop – Fitness Equipment

At Redhawk Shop, we work with trusted manufacturers and distributors such as Body-Solid to deliver high-quality fitness equipment safely to your home or facility. Because many fitness products are large and ship via freight carriers, the following policies apply.

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment is processed. Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.

Delivery Methods

Fitness equipment may ship via:

• Ground shipping (UPS / FedEx)
• LTL freight carriers for larger items such as treadmills, rowers, home gyms, and commercial equipment
• Freight deliveries are typically curbside or driveway delivery.

Free Delivery Offers

Some products include free delivery promotions. These promotions cover standard shipping to the OKC metro area but do not include:

• In-home placement
• Assembly
• Stair carries
• White-glove services
• Removal of packaging
• These services may be available as optional add-ons.

Delivery Inspection

Customers must inspect shipments at the time of delivery.

If damage is visible:

Note the damage on the delivery receipt

Take photos of the packaging and product

Contact Redhawk Shop within 48 hours

Failure to report freight damage within this timeframe may limit claim eligibility.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window:

• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Return Authorization

• All returns require prior authorization from Redhawk Shop before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may be refused by the warehouse.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• Product must be unused and unassembled
• Item must be in original packaging
• All parts, manuals, and hardware must be included
• Product must be in resellable condition
• Equipment that has been assembled, installed, or used cannot be returned.

Restocking Fees

• Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, consistent with manufacturer and distributor policies.

Freight & Shipping Liability

Due to the size and weight of commercial fitness equipment, shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a return is approved:

• Customer is responsible for all return freight charges
• Original outbound shipping costs may be deducted from the refund
• Freight return costs may range from $150–$800+ depending on the product and location
• Returned items must be properly packaged and palletized for freight pickup.
• If original packaging is unavailable, additional repackaging or palletization fees may apply.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process, including applicable restocking and freight charges.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Assembled or installed equipment
• Special-order products
• Clearance items
• Opened accessories or parts

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.

Local Services

Redhawk Shop customers in Oklahoma City, Edmond, and Norman may also choose optional services such as:

• Equipment delivery coordination
• Professional assembly
• Fitness equipment installation

These services are provided through Redhawk Handyman Services.

Freight Delivery Requirements

• Large fitness equipment may ship via LTL freight carriers and requires a scheduled delivery appointment. Customers must be available to receive the shipment during the scheduled delivery window.
• If the customer misses the delivery appointment, refuses delivery, or cannot accept the shipment, the freight carrier may charge re-delivery or storage fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Missed Delivery & Refused Shipments

Refusing a shipment or missing a scheduled delivery appointment does not qualify as a product return.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to missed delivery appointments, incorrect address information, or customer unavailability, the customer will be responsible for:

• All return freight charges
• Any applicable storage fees
• Standard restocking fees
• These charges will be deducted from any applicable refund.

Address Changes After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, address changes cannot always be accommodated by the freight carrier.

If an address change is requested after shipment:

• Additional carrier rerouting fees may apply
• Delivery delays may occur
• These fees are the responsibility of the customer
• To avoid delays or additional charges, customers should verify their delivery address and contact information before placing an order.

Free shipping promotions apply only to completed deliveries. If an order is refused, returned, or cancelled after shipment, the actual outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.
